cleanliness and credibility.   When discussing cleanliness, he explains it in terms of normal hygene, then compares it using actual Law Enforcement and News video footage to where and how drugs are stored during trafficking and the selling of drugs.   Carlos’s secret weapon is also a lot of humor and student participation which keeps teens interested, and entertained while learning “the real deal” on drugs. On the Credability issue Carlos addresses the “BS” many teens believe about criminal gangs (their loyalty to each other, tons of money to be made, etc). Students are given real life senarios and informations to “THINK ABOUT IT”.

The youth workshops focus on challenging the youth/adolescents to think about cleanliness and credibility.   He uses video coverage, exhibits, and skits to engage them in the presentation. Depending on the amount and detail of material you want presented.   The workshop may tailored to the age or type of youth attending the presentation (i.e. schools or counseling centers).   Carlos has also presented to different size groups ranging from 40 students to over 3,000. The objective of the training is to provide participants an awareness of illegal drugs and criminal gangs and how it affects them.
